"You teach best, what you most ought to learn"

"You teach best, what you most ought to learn"
So goes an old adage by a wise human being!

At first I wondered, how could this be possible, For the Guru is
supposed to be the-all-knowing!

As I embarked on the journey of teaching, The mysteries of this
quote's meaning, Dawned upon me, in all its humility, I understood the
weight of this responsibility!

To lead students ahead of times,
The teacher's got to stay ahead of times!
To lead students on the path of values, The teacher's got to live a
life of values!
To lead students to raise above tough times, The teacher's got to lend
his/her strong shoulders!
To lead students to unleash their potential, The teacher's got to
create deeper & meaningful horizons!
To lead students to appreciate love,
The teacher's got to be a patient listening trove!
To lead students to dream,
The teacher's got to be an artist supreme!
To lead students to achieve their dream, The teacher's got to nourish
their will and wit in every stream!

To lead students to see the world better, The teacher's got to know
the world better!
To lead students to be just wonderful human beings, The teacher's got
to keep learning from the taught!
Thank you my great reservoir of students For its you that added
relevance For its you that triggered the essence For its you that
honored my presence!
For its you that helped me...
evolve as a person and as a teacher!
